placement for for nx nozzle in intake

All the install pics I have seen where you drill a hole for the n20 nozzle to install in the intake midpipe, they all have them mounted on the bottom of the midpipe. Is there a reason for that or is it just personal preference? Is it ok to mount the nozzle on top of the intake midpipe?

you can mount it on top but there might be clearance issues when closing the hood.

yeah it's a lot easier to plumb all the lines from underneath or from the back

I have mine at the top, its much easier to change jets and al lot less chance of losing one when it falls out.

sounds good, I dont have a hood liner so I think I have enough clearance. If not then Ill just move the midpipe 45degrees until it clears
