the NX kit comes with some stickers I think. You can use that as your license

I believe you do need a nitrous license to sell it, since nitrous use for cars is toxic, not sure where you need to go to get it though...

Yes, in NJ you need a license. My license was free. Go to anyone who is authorized to fill the bottles and get an app from them.

If you ar ein the Northern, NJ area, I can direct you to someone for a permit.

It takes a few weeks before you receive it. You can pnly fill your bottle if you have the permit. If you go to the same place to fill (like I did), they kept a copy of mine so I wouldn't have to carry it.

Also, in NJ, you can have a filled bottle, but you must have your permit on you and the bottle can not be connected (regardless if its filled or not).

I forgot to mention, it use to be $3.50 per lb. Not sure what it is now since I stopped using nitrous a few years ago.

Not on the street. Only at the track.

I live in NYC and come to NJ to go to Etown. Do I need a license to fill the bottle?

Guys, i think your confusing yourselves. You do NOT need a license to get your bottle re-filled (at least not in my neck of the woods). If you SELL nitrous, i believe you must have a license....

Its like going to the bar, you dont need a license to drink beer, but you need one if you own the bar...

In New Jersey you definately must have a license to FILL your bottle. I believe someone just posted this but i will simplify, you may have a nitrous kit installed on your daily driver but the bottle cannot be connected while you are driving it on the road, you can only use it at the track.
