Manually wire fans - link please

Does someone have the link to how to manually wire the fans for track use. Jime did the writeup but i can't find it. Thanks

Actually I have a much simplier and easier way now. You just have to tee into 2 wires to the ecu, one is for low and one for high, I just use the high one.

The pins you must ground for the 4th Gen are 14 and 13. Lo=14, Hi=13.

This is the pic for the 2k2 which is the same except the pins.

These are just signal wires so any light wire will do, all the ecu does is ground out those wires when Hi or Lo speed fans are called for.

so all i need to do is ground them to something? when you say tee, that means just plice into?

awsome Jime, thats easier than the old way.
Thanks for finding that.

I'll have to switch my current setup, so I can slowly get rid of some wire cluster in the engine bay
