different transducers for different pressure

I was just wondering if anyone has put a different transducer on their nx bottle warmers. My heater turns off at about 875 lbs of pressure. I would like the bottle to get to 1000-1100 lbs before the heater is told to turn off. Any ideas or suggestions?

Don't use the transducer. I have mine set to a switch up front, and I monitor bottle pressure.

Have you burned up any of the relays leaving the heater on too long?

FWIW, I have an NX bottle heater and it turns off right in the middle of the green zone of the bottle gauge, which I assume is right around 1050 psi. Maybe yours is malfunctioning?

Well, I cant figure out what's goin on with the transducer. I guess it's just bad. I still cant figure out why the relay and wires nearly caught fire. I've been using my heater for almost a year, and then it nearly burns my car up. I've noticed that the wire from the relay to the heating element gets a little hot sometimes, but the other day it just burnt to a crisp. Oh well, at least i now have 9 extra 40 amp bueler relays with the harness. (long story) Burn baby burn!
