Anyone using Nitro On a VI
Anyone using Nitro On a VI
Curious as to how tuning would go. Have parts of an old venom kit from my last car and curious if i should go about getting the box again.
Current performance mods are CAI and Y PIPE and I plan on going with a VAI and VAFC to control fuel possible or a split sec controller with progressive control.
Now onto the scenario. I would like to run a direct ported setup like in my FIRST nitrous setup, but will this in any way be hindered by the vai or is it recommended to stick to one or the other? Im sure people are sprayin on the 5th gens so hopefully i can get an answer.

I don't know what you mean by 'vai', but I am running nitrous with a MEVI. So far the car doesn't seem to like the spray very much, but as far as I know, a dry kit should work fine with the MEVI.
sorry if that was confusing, thats essentially what Im asking are there any down sides to running either the 00intake or MEVI with nitrous.
My last car we custom made intakes and tuned the lengths to applications we were building, this one with the rpm switch essentially doing that (Or that is what im understanding) i am wondering if it would pool nitrous or present any problems with moving parts within the intake. apparently it would pool fuel.
now would this be a problem on a direct port or only on a single nozzle setup>?
