Nitrous refill $

Hey I know ive seen this thread before but im sure prices have changed. Last week I got a refill for my 10lb bottle assuming it was going to be 40bucks like always when dude rang me up on the register he said 50bucks I was like sh*t I guess nitrous is getting expensive use to be $4 now $5 a pound. I have no way of really comparing cause there is pretty much only 1 place out here that has nitrous refills. So im wondering how much are you guys paying for your fix?

Depends on shot, 35 a long time, same for 50. Once you hit 75+ it goes fast.

With a bottle heater and a 75shot I would say like maybe a good 10-12 1/4 mile passes,50 shot maybe like 15 But i cant tell you for sure cause I always fill mine up when it gets to 5-6pounds.

$4.00 per lb for me here in Kansas. I use about 1 1/2 lbs per pass....

I do weigh my bottles after every fill, then after every track event, so I can check how much I'm using and how much I have left.

I try to get refilled when I get to 5lbs left in the bottle - by then, the car surges and makes bad ETs. I even raised the tilt of the bottle mount, but surge still happens with the 10lb and 15lb bottle... and I keep the bottle HOT and pressure high.

Full=fast, Low=slow.

Yes it's an altima. 99 4 cyl. auto. My best time so far is 16.9 in the 1/4 mile. 10.84 in the 1/8 mile.

Since I fixed a few stuff and did some weight reduction maybe I'll break into 16.8, I know irwindale is 1/8, so I'm hoping for 10.7x, if that's not asking too much?

Also what time do the gates open??

Up here in NB, Canada, I'm paying $80CDN for a 10lb. Thats about $72US, and that's getting a deal. Most places charge $90-100CDN

It's illegal to have it hooked up in your car, not illegal to have it though.
either keep it to the track and hook it up then, or hide it well
