?? eh ?? lots of Maxima owners have swapped out the stock pump for a Walbro, and I don't remember hearing about "modifying it"... I didn't.

grey----i need help asap....
ok quick question...i put the 255hp in my 4th gen and now its very difficult to start mainly after its warm....im assuming the fuel pressure at idle went up b/c when i tried to start it it just sounds flooded and i sometimes have the mess the the gas pedal to get it to crank up.... any input? i took the plugs out and check them and there pretty wet w/ fuel....any input on which fpr to get and where to go?

grey i need help---

need a fuel pressure regulator to bring the pressure back down....

not familiar with your car so I dont know your options..

Yup - sounds like you need a good regulator - I use this one, the xxx-105, set to 43 psi. Works OK on the 3.5, anyway...

You'll need two -6AN/hose adapters to hook it up. Look around in Jegs.

ok its says that the 6an fittings are included? do i need two more or am i reading iit wrong? thanks

It comes with two screw-in fittings that are the -6AN male connections - you can see them in the photo - but you need two more connectors that screw onto the male connectors.

just push the fuel hose onto the ribbed end and clamp it.
