To tell you the truth I dont no bout no silver sticker i just plug and play these things i dont really pull em apart but it was bought from game-stop so it can't be fake

No, it has nothing to do whether it's fake or not. The presence of a Microsoft seal means the console was never taken apart for repairs. A missing seal usually would mean that at some point the console stopped working for some reason and someone other than microsoft fixed it. You can easily remove the face plate and see if there is a silver sticker that says "MICROSOFT." Posting that info and showing pictures of the console will really help your sale man. Just trying to help. I'm thinking of buying yours cuz mine crapped out and mines doesn't have a Microsoft seal.

It can be removed with Nail Polish Remover...
Bottom line its $60 for a 360 (with hdd), accessories will be like $30 shipped from ebay (if that) so you're getting a 360 for under $100 and if there is a problem with it open a case with Paypal, case closed.
If I didn't already have one I def. would've scooped it up.
One last question from me, has it been banned from XBox Live?

Accessories will not be $30 shipped. The sellers price for his console is a good deal, but the buyer still needs to purchase: wireless controller, HD Component cables, power cables, Xbox live headset and ethernet cable. There's alot of Chinese knockoffs on ebay that sell for cheap, but you get what you pay for. Genuine Microsoft accessories will cost more, about $60 plus shipping.
But if the buyer isn't going to play online...they won't need:
- Ethernet
- Headset (I play online without one so not a necessity)
And here are some auctions for the power and av cables for $25 (free shipping)
