Receipt: Yes. Modder includes receipt during purchase. Not sure why you'd need it, but it's in the box and will be included. This box looks like it has never been opened.

Other Information: This box was banned due to the Forza 3 bans that went around last November/December. Due to this ban, Microsoft has disabled the ability to save entire games to this box/HDD. Saving games, etc. still works fine. Again, this box will NOT save full games to the HDD and will NOT go online. This box will play and Wave 3 or lower game. It will also play Wave 4 games if you use a program called 360WavesPatcher to convert them down to Wave 3.
