From the day one it has been in the case so the back still looks brand new. The case is included in this auction and so is the 3.0 software update that is already in the Ipod. The user manual and docks have never been used and still have the factory seal around them. The Ipod is in perfect condition comes with the Agent 18 case, Agent 18 dock, Apple dock, Apple USB cable, Apple box, Apple manual and Apple cleaning cloth.
