1.75 Acres - $26,000 / TX (77320)
Anyone looking to move to TX?
I've got 1.75 acres (Lot 6) 3 miles north of Huntsville,TX off of FM 980. It's close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough out of town to avoid having neighbors breathing down your throat and paying higher city taxes. It' only 10 miles to Lake Livingston as well.
The property is gentle sloping, cleared, no flood plain, with water, electricity, and telephone at the road frontage. The lot has 170 feet of road frontage on O'Bannon Ranch Rd, and is 450 deep. The property is currently 3/4 recently fenced with high quality high tensile strength horse field fence (No barbed wire). Excellent for keeping in man's best friend. Seller intends to fence remaining side once the lot sells with identical fence.
The lot is technically in a subdivision and there are restrictions. Primary restrictions of concern are: homes must be site built and a minimum of 1650 square feet, no mobile home or modulars; must be constructed on slab foundation, must be constructed of new materials; no aerobic septic systems, anaerobic only; and no trash or refuse may be kept on site.
There are a few other restrictions concerning additional structures and eave and ridge height etc. These restrictions will guarantee that your property values will remain high in the years to come.
For the complete listing, and to see a full copy of the restrictions, see:
The Realtor's Page for this tract.
Or send me a message here.
I own the 4.1 acre corner lot (Lot 7) as well, and the owners of Lot 5 are a great couple too.
Thanks for looking, and God Bless.
These are just a few shots. I'm working in Afghanistan for about another couple of months, so I don't have a ton. There are more on the realtor page. Wife has power of attorney, so we can still get it sold if someone wants it before I return for good.
