I have tried locking pliers on the bolt and a wrench on the nut but even as tight as i could possibly get the pliers on they slip off before the nut breaks loose, i have also tried lubing the nut/bolt with no luck

To be clear i am Talking about the top middle bolt in the trunk one on each side. You have to grip the bolt (~4mm) and break the nut lose (~14mm)

 

 

It's the top middle one where you have to hold the tip of the bolt (not really a head of a bolt, a 4mm wrench an grab onto the tip) and break the nut lose or use air tools
