Been waiting to see someone slap some 22s on a new max.. I like the look! I have a few questions
Are you on stock suspension ?
What offset and tire size did you end up running ?
Did you have any issues with the install also is there and rubbing or clearance issues ?
Hows the ride with the larger wheels and Sr suspension ?

Thanks man appreciate it. I had a 7th gen with 20x11’s and air ride but when I got my 8th gen I didn’t want to go through all that again. So this time around I went with the 22’s and I like it just as well.
And yes I’m riding stock suspension. 22’s fill in the wheel well pretty good to where it looks lowered but nope, riding stock. The wheels are 22x9 with a +38 off set. The tires are 235/30R22. At first trying to turn lock to lock is or was I should say a no go. Had some light rubbing so had to modify a little bit and now I can turn the wheel lock to lock with no issues. This is my daily and I travel A LOT every day and some times it is packed in the trunk and with kids in the back and the Mrs for a passenger and I have had no issues with wheels scrubbing or anything like that. But just to be on the safe side I am going to roll my rear fenders a bit. And to be honest these tires ride smoother than my stock ones. I like the way it rides. Also where I live the roads are pretty good or smooth for the most part. But if you’re not use to riding on skinnies or driving “careful” I would really think twice. Because a pot hole will definitely ruin your world. Lol. Hope this helps you out some. If you have any other questions PM me.

My brand new 2018 Maxima, picked up this past Saturday. I'm thrilled! It's a Platinum, Carnelian Red exterior, Charcoal interior. Came with two options pre-installed: Splash Guards and Mats package (Floor Mats, Trunk Mat, Trunk Net, First Aid Kit). Got the following options added: Illuminated Kick Plates, Interior Accent Lighting, Exterior Ground Lighting, Impact Sensor, 4DSC Shift ****, Wheel Locks, All-Season Mats and Trunk Protector Mat. Also had dealer install 3M on whole front end (10 year warranty) and ProtectAll on exterior and interior (5 year warranty). Purchased extended warranty (8 years, 100K miles) and wheel protection (7 years). Best car I've ever owned is my 2005 Maxima, which has 181,000 miles on it and keeping as a second car for now. Just too emotionally attached to it to get rid of it. And for the fact that it still runs great. I have been attracted to the current generation Maxima ever since I saw the concept car at the NY Auto Show in 2015. After my then 26 year old son son bought his Mustang in 2016 (seen in photo), he encouraged me to buy a new car. I told him while I'd love one, I didn't need one. And I'd only ever bought cars when I needed them. But it did get me to at least look. And after many months of being open minded and looking at and researching everything out there, I came to the conclusion two years ago that even with more luxury/expensive cars in consideration, the current generation Maxima was by far my first choice. I even rented a Maxima 4 or 5 times the last couple of years while on business or personal trips, which only solidified how I felt about the car. I held off until I saw the '19 refresh, decided I liked the '18 much better, and pulled the trigger. Bought it from the same guy at the same Nissan dealership I bought my '05 from. He was just one of the salesman there then. Now he's the GM running the place. Felt great to buy from him again. My thanks to all of you on this forum, as I have thoroughly enjoyed reading posts here on a daily basis the last three years, which helped me learn a great deal and only further convinced me that my next new car would be a Maxima. 13 and a 1/2 years since I bought a new car, so this is a big deal for me. Turned 62 a couple of weeks ago. Life is short, and I didn't want to miss out on owning this beauty. So though I still didn't need it, I relented and treated myself to it. 18 wheeler had some road rage on me. Bumped me in the right rear then got up next to me and slammed me into the concrete divider. The passenger side is the damage from his rig. I think he was either on something or just that angry of person and with it raining I was leaving a good distance in front of me, in the fast lane. He fled the scene. I tried to catch him, but couldn't get far with the car in this shape. Two good Samaritans helped, one had a dashcam behind us, the other followed him and took pics of the 18 wheeler. Time to car shop...

Nice! Mine is deep blue as well, the color really stands out in the sun but looks subdued at night or in cloudy conditions.
I like the look but when I seen that they offer 1.2" front and 1.4"rear I'm hesitant to have my rear lower than my front.
On mine, the 63115.002 lowered my front 1.5" & back a lil over 1". Took it to my dealership, got it aligned & verified they were pre-loaded & set correctly. Still had .5" difference so I worked w/ Eibach tech support & they sent me a different set of rear springs, same thing. So since I have 2 pairs, gonna cut the newest ones to make rear level w/ the front & be done w/ it. But I will have my first pair of Eibach rears for sale. They were only on the car 2 months. Hope to have it done in 2 weeks, too busy this week.

You should never EVER cut springs. That is so dangerous it’s not even funny or cool. I hope you have a change of heart.

I appreciate your concern, but if you do it correctly, its not an issue. Like I said, if by chance something isn't right, I have another set. Eibach was helpful enough but they swear up & down it should be level. Yet, for free they sent another set of rear springs but a different manufacturer # then the ones I initially installed. So I'm not going to go back & forth w/ them again which will surely take a month+. I'll make sure to reply w/ results good or bad.

What's up man, but i got it off of amazon, came out of the box (tube) painted gloss black which worked perfectly. Its not as long as most rear window spoilers, and at first it bothered me a little because you can't really see it from the side profile as much, but i think i've grown to like the subtle look of it.

yeah man. I'm going with coils... I want to have that adjustabilty especially since it's my daily with my daughter.
Now i have to decide if i want to go with K Sport or TEIN. Thatll depend on how long this tax return takes to get here lol. I also plan on swapping out the exhaust with a g37 so ill have some updates for the thread soon.

Tein doesn't make coils for the 8th Gen...ive already searched...Ksport, BC Racing, Goodspeed and TruHart are the only companies that have coils. I even emailed Tein to make sure cause that's what I have experience with and they said they don't have coils for them unless I want custom made. So I am debating on Ksport or BC Racing.

Hey man, I saw your pic on fitment. I love that grill, any trouble with it? Also, I see you're on ksports, how's the ride? Did you need the spc bolts or the eibach camber arm? I'm looking at putting ferrada fr2s 20x10.5 on soon, and coils but unsure on ksport or bc.

No trouble with the grill. I was actually surprised considering it was a no name eBay grill. I love the ride of the ksports. I was on eibach springs before and these are just a little harsher but not too bad. I do have the eibach camber arms in back and SPC bolts in front.

Ok what trim do you have? I have an SR, comes stiff as it is, on stock now, but you say coils slightly harsher than eibachs...hmmm. Yeah I saw that from your fitment page, are those add ons needed? What benefit do they provide? Thanks for the info on the grill it looks sick! I have a 2017 black SR with K&n intake and motordyne exhaust. I use the spacers and the camber adjusters to get the flush fitment. I could go lower but it would rub and since this is a daily driver I don't want to rub that much. The ksports have 36 levels of damping adjustment so you can run them pretty soft or hard.
What kind of wheels are those? Size? and what color is the car, black? with bronze wheels? I was thinking of doing the same or keeping it simple with Anthracite rims.
