Ok, after an oil change how many qts of oil should be refilled?

I am just curious if filling it to the High mark on the dipstick is ok, or could we possibly be "short changing" our engines on oil due to oil flowing to/from/in the turbo?

4.25... a little more if you have an oil cooler.
