Redline synthetic is regarded as the absolute best.

Syntec 5w50 here... I'd say every 2500 miles or so just to keep on the happy side.

for some reason....I can never put int more than 4.5 qt into my car. It reads above the letter H on the dipstick from last oil change and I put int 4.5 qt. I drained it pretty good too....

maximus_95:
we should have a little more above the operating range on the diptick becuase some of oil goes to the blower.

i use mobil supersyn 5w30 and change it every 4k now. take a look at Bill99gxe's oil report. it is a good reference. I was considering redline or amsoil, but there arent too many dealers that sell these two brands and I want something that I can buy anywhere in the local auto store.
