This megan racing piece o' shiat is not cutting it. It sounds like absolute crap and makes all kinds of riceboy noise at low rpms.
Obviously I shouldn't expect much from a $50 ebay muffler, but I would hope their would be a better solution that isn't too expensive and doesn't cut back on performance. I guess I don't know a ton about mufflers in general, but I didn't expect it to sounds this clangy and ricey.
Post anything beneficial, any advise, etc..

thats what I was planning on getting another greddy. It has to be a 3 inch Greddy. How much does that Greddy go for? I have a Greddy and out of all the exhausts that other maximas have my exhaust is pretty much quiet I also have a test pipe so it free flows all the way back

Get a Flowmasters 50/60 series Delta Flow. I'm dead serious. I think they are 3 chambered...they flow well, are really quiet/mellow, and have a powerfull tone. If you want to be a man (like me) get a 2 chambered 40 series Flowmaster.

I will talk to my contact on monday about how much I can get one for and if he would be interested in doing 5-10 mufflers in 3" size.
Keep the bickering out of this post, no one wants a flow master camaro muffler on their maxima.

Jason are these Evos exhausts are they 3 inch exhaust systems?
will they bolt up to our cars?
we are just using the exhaust pans?
They dont have to be EVOs, I am willing to take a 3inch SP2 exhaust. Those are probably more quiet.

I am more of a fan of the evo myself, but i will ask about SP2's as well.
I am only interested in getting 3" inlet mufflers, which will probably not have hangers and ready to bolt up, I will know more in a few..
