Best place to buy Nismo injectors
Best place to buy Nismo injectors
370cc, 555cc, 740cc... I checked courtesy and the 740's are not much more than the 555's. Is there a detrement to running 740's if the ECU is adjusted accordingly? I know I know... overkill. But can it work in anticipation of the 700HP they could produce?
Where should I buy them, regardless?

nismo injector start at 555 i believe.
370 are usless thats stock for a 300zx tt.
i can get you some injectors. just let me know what kind of prices you are getting quoted and ill see if we can beat it.
i work at Superior Nissan, industry ca
we are keep in after market performance.

Also, the 370's are good for 350 hp at 43 psi. If you're using a rising rate fmu then you can always bump that up. If you're using a JWT ecu programmed for 370's you can have JWT reprogram the ecu for a higher base fuel pressure (I think that is true, might want to check with JWT to be sure).

I wouldn't have thought they'd do that.

They don't want to hear anything about a boost referenced fuel pressure. They will, I believe, program your ecu for a constant but higher than stock fuel pressure so that you get more flow out of your injectors. I don't know what fuel pressure limit they adhere to, maybe 4 bar. That would get you just above 400 hp. JWT says the limit for 370's with the Z32 maf is 420 hp, so that must be the case.
But, who is to say I can't go to a boost referenced fuel pressure using the JWT ecu programmed for 43 psi and 370's? (Assuming I wanted to exceed 420 hp with my 370 cc/min injectors) It would require some experimenting to get the right pressure/boost ratio and maybe an SAFC and most definitely dyno tuning, but that is something we are used to doing with boosted systems using the unmodified ecu and stock injectors and maf.

I can get a set of 6 740's for $950 from Courtesy at the cheapest.

well let me rephrase that. they are usless for nismo to make cause they are stock injectors on tt z.
