Yes a 5th gen Supercharger will fit a 4th gen maxima except one pipe

For you guys that dont know today I was working on my motor. Made lots of progress. All of a sudden Dixit (Bigdogjohnx) drops buy and looks at my new project. We talk and all of a sudden I forgot the motor is out. Test fitted the 5th gen supercharger plate and everything lined right up. I even place two of the bolts in. Perfect fit. The only thing that does not fit is the top cross over pipe to the throttle plate. That is the only thing that wont fit. Stay tuned as I will post pictures as soon as I am done with my motor project.

I had this supercharger for quite a while now. Was going to Soup up the daily driver (sleepy) as we call it. I may sell it now since the motor set me back with all the BS I had to buy to include the engine hoist, engine stand, and a bunch of parts to replace while the engine is out. How ever if my brother comes up with the cash the blower is his since it has some shine to it.

Yeap, no reason it wasnt going to fit, but I had a fairly good feeling that the MAF was no where near the same spot as the 4th gens. And Jaime proved it by putting up the charged pipe.

I told him it would be fairly easy to make the pipe. I can weld one up really quickly and easy.

You have the skills to weld, if you redid your kit, how hard would it be to custom make our own 2.5-3 inch cross over? Just a bit of patience

I wondered if my 4th gen kit would fit on a 5th gen (00-01.) Looks like it will other than maybe the pipe.

That last picture really had me puzzled till I realized the MEVI was unbolted and sitting on top of the front valve cover.

3.125"
All 5th gen superchargers are V2s. Also all the maxima vortech s/c for the maxima are 6rip cause the main crank pulley is 6rib
