Had a run in with a BMW M5... Pic and video included. :D

I had the priveledge of racing an E39 BMW M5 (latest Generation) on I-10. What a beautiful car... I have a short video and picture of it as well... if you would like to see a high res pic click here... otherwise here's a toned down version...

I tried to record the race on video of me running through 3rd and 4th with him but the camera turned off... I was ****ED... I did get a short little bit of us racing though, but the traffic really sucked as you can see... Anyways, I was pretty happy with the results... I in no means expected to spank this guy, but I did hang with him... It was a dead even race, neither one of us pulled on each other... which is about right considering they run about the same 1/4 time as me... Here's the video.

Frosty vs. BMW M5 Video

Yes... Stuff like that happens when you're putting out 500hp/500tq at the wheels.

Too bad it's only 15 seconds of you following him.
I would like to see you match an ///M5.

The video was taken on I-10 inbetween Lafayette and Baton Rouge, Louisiana... And the swampy area on I-49 inbetween Shreveport and Lafayette is what attracted the bugs...

I know! Last Christmas at Books a Million I pulled up in front of a black 02 M5 that had the Dinan S2 package. The guy was in from Cali. We rapped a couple minutes about the 5 and the guy confirmed that it was FRIGHTENING to put the hammer down in it. That car was sex on wheels.....

OK, well im in NJ, and my pop has a 01 M-5, if anyone in NJ wants to make a video let me know, i can take it whenever i want......

The most amazing thing about that car is that it does whatever you want or need it to, sex on wheels someone said, its true, you need to smoke a cigarette after driving this thing.

Just looks like your following the M5. I have seen a M5 lose to a Turbo Honda 4door with the D-engine. There is a couple around in houston, one has like every Dinan bolt-on and only puts like 400 to the ground.

I was following the M5 because of the huge amount of traffic... That and the fact that its much easier to record a video of whats in front of you rather than whats behind you if you're driving...
