Iv read the http://www.superchargersonline.com article about superchargers but i dident really get what pullys do ??? (help)

 

Make your peak boost more or less depending on pulley size.

 

Think bicycle gears...smaller the back gear the faster it spins the wheel compared to the crank. In a supercharger setup a pulley is connected to the engine crank to spin a compressor fan inside the supercharger to stuff more air into the engine and thus creating more hp. Smaller pulleys on the supercharger side spin it faster in relation to the engine to push more air.

 

if I install a SuperCharger on a MAX 04 full time will it damage the engine..??
