OIL return problem.

It seems as though the oil return line leaks a bit. I think it is do to the build up of oil to the pan. Does anyone recomend anything such as an oil catch can or oil pump to do so? Has anyone gone through this?

Thanks.

where is it leaking from?

that will be a good start to help determine the cause of the leak.

the return line from the blower is made out of rubber, you might have a tear where the metal clamp tightens around the hose and connect to the meta return. or what i thought was a leaking oil return line turned out to be the drive chain case leaking oil from the bolts that connects the bracket. are you getting oil on your belt?

The end that connects to the turbo fiting. But the fitting is not leaking. It seems like it is leaking from the hose clamp. like the oil in the pan is causing preasure and won't allow the oil to drop down again, so it pumps out.

Might sound obvious, but did you check for any kinks in the return line?

The crimp that connects the fitting to the hose?

Remove your oil return line and dump oil in it, if it flows then there should not be a problem

When the car is running the oil sending unit should be pumping oil.

What size feed line do you have?

Who tapped your line?

Where does it feed?

What size is it?

Is it leaking out of your turbo? It almost sounds like it may be

Sorry for all the questions, just trying to help eliminate all the possible problems

And vortech power thought you had a supercharger

Hmm.. what size is in the stillen kit? 6AN? 8AN?

Your turbo is doing more to your oil than the SC and it has farther travel.

Good thing you flow tested it!! I bet you did that before you installed the turbo..lol
