Guaging S/C Intercooler Interest??
As some of you have noticed I did a front mount intercooler on my s/c 97 maxima. I did the pipes in such a way that the everything from the factory is retained. I used a Spearco 28.5x8x3 end tank to end tank. If anyone here is interested in purchasing similar pipes let me know and I will make some up. Pics can be found at my web site.

yes it is lower than the other side because it does 180 around the frame. however i can still get in the driveway, over curbs! just take them at a slight angle. It works very well. And none of my pipes pop off!

What kind of pricing are we looking at, crewchief264?
Would a Spearco 29.5x8x3 fit?

a 29.5 would be tight, but I think you may be able to make it fit, although you would offset it to left (driver side) a little. The reason I gave you the size of the intercooler is because thats what I have and thats what I can gurranttee the pipes will fit up to.
I haven't gotten the materials yet and my pipes, that I will use to set up a jig won't be back for a about a week. I can't even give a ball park price yet, please give a little time to get this rolling.

interested, but my question is would there be any fitment variation with an I30 front bumper? Thanks.

I have no clue about an I30 fitment. however I can say that there are never any I30's around here and that you would have to do your own homework on that, but my guess would be that the pipes would most likely clear fog lights etc...
As far as price I'm "guessing"-firm, but with no coating right around 295.00 shipped. If you want them Jet Hotted it will be another 240.00. Plus it will take an extra week for the Jet Hot, its a 9 step process. The Jet Hot is expensive but it looks great and if you want a mirror finish from it all you need is a buffer and a cutting compund. Also I take Paypal and prefer you pay that way. And I'll give a Military discount-10% just email a id photo.
