I have a big ol problem! Calling all Safc experts

After trying to install my SAFC my car would not start nor would the safc light up. So to solve this i just unconected the maf wires and unpluged the safc. After doing this my car still would not start! After talking with jay and dixit i found out that it probably had something to do with the power or the ground wires. I then test the power wires and it only read 1.4 volts on both sides of the butt connector. Do any of you know what may be going on.

Thanks in advance
Chris

if you cut the power and ground wires that is your problem. Your not getting no power/ground from the car. You need to resolder those wires together and just tap into the power and ground. Exactly what the instructions tell you to do.

Just try to use as much common sense as possible, to get it to work. look at all the wires that are from the stock computer, are they all still conected in some way? are any of the wires you soldered connecting? does the check engine light come on when you put turn the key to the on posision? if the car doesn't start you should be throwing a code. but if the CEL isn't on, then your ECU's not getting power, or it's shorted.
