CAI on a 2000SC

Those of you who have CAI done on 2000 and up, what did you guys do with the air sensor (not sure what it does) that goes after the MAF?
Did you just leave it hanging there or did you relocate it along with the MAF?

All input appreciated, thanks!

I dont really think that i matters that much but you can just drill a hole in the tubing (before the MAF, meaning the temp sensor is father away from the TB). after drilling the hole remove the rubber gromet that the sensor fit in from the OEM intake and place it in the hole you just drilled. THe temp sensor should just fit in it.

When you put the MAF that close to the supercharger, is there ant turbulance when decelarating or anything like that. How much more power do you get over the stillen intake that crosses over the engine and down into the open area?
