How To: Depressurize Fuel System

Im puttin in my wablro, FPR, and Cartech getting ready for my blower to be going in on Monday most likely..

I need help in depressurizing the system because last time i did to do the filter this there was still fuel in the lines..I dont wanna spill any

how to: pull the fuel pump fuse and crank the engine and run till it shuts off..then crank a few more times to get the remaining out ??

The walbro install is pretty straight foward, im gonna use the chilton's manual i guess...

as for the order of things it goes....Fuel filter====fuel rail====adjustable FPR====FMU===back to the tank ?? any tricks on gettin the FPR off the rail...
As for hooking up the FMU, Im not going to add vaccum till the blower is in so it wont hold more gas than it should like I was told

You don't get it ALL out - but not much really comes out once it's depressurized. You maybe will get some on your hands - wear vinyl gloves and don't start a campfire near your car.

for the fpr, use an impact screwdriver, or get the right size screwdriver and hit the bolt w/ a hammer to loosen the threads a little. it's a pita.

Are those screws that hard to get off of there ?? what kinda tool did you use to cut it off ??

Its not as easy as going after those screws with a power drill if not a hand screw driver to take them off ??
