Bov Flange Help!

Is this BOV a Good Deal?

I found what I think to be a good deal on ebay but I dont know how much the flange will cost to mount a Blitz Universal BOV onto my v2 kit. BUY IT NOW was 100 and 11 to ship, seem ok? (see link below)

The Blitz bov is a direct fit.

The Stillen kit is ALREADY made for a straight bolt on for BLITZ...
