Pro S/C install on the east coast.

Hey guys, I'm seriously think of getting a V2 Stillen S/C ( with intercooler ) before the end of the year, I'm not worried about the installation of the hardware since I'm a mechanicaly incline, but since I dont have knowledge or experience with the tuning, I'd be ready to pay a shop to do the entire installation and tuning. Does anyone know a reputable shop in Montreal or New-York that can make me a PROFESSIONAL installation. I know beside the S/C I would have to purchase some electronics for tuning the A/F ( e-manage or SAFC ) gages and what else, so I would like to have a pro advise on that side, or maybe someone over this forum can make me a list of the best set-up possible. When I do something I do it the right way I dont want to cut corner just for the saving, I want the car to stay reliable. I will have the auto tranny rebuilt by Level 10 or any other reputable shop that can bullet proof the tranny. Also I will have the Cattman headers in over the next month or so, I already have the Cattman mid-pipe but I'm going to buy the rear section with the headers.
The D2 coilover as still standing in my tech room, but they will be install this week along with the Lower Tie bar and bushing, I will convert the car with big brake all around over the winter. I have all the regular bolt-in already ( I know the under driven pulley, will have to go) , my idea was to have a solid car in all aspect before the S/C goes in. At 43 years old I now have the cash to fullfill my dream but again I want to do it the right way.

As for the power, a 280-300 hp and similar TQ would make me happy.

Thanking you in advance for the listening and advise.

Cheers

save your money and do the installation yourself. It isn't that bad. if you don't get your parts mixed up like i did mine. But i would deffinetly get the tunning done by a pro shop though. If you need any help on the installation the one from stillen isn't bad and i also used the one that potatoed wrote up(in the sticky in the FI forum). Also let me know if you need any help with installation and i will help with what i can.

Hey Chris'smax, I though I'd save myself sometime but maybe it's time for me to learn about the art of tuning, it's the only aspect that's a little concern for me as far as installation goes, I've install so many thing in my life that I'm confident that I'd succeed in that one but the A/F stuff euhm.

On another note I'm sad today cuz the Expos are gone forever so no more baseball in the city, that is really sad day.

Cheers

Don't do a Level 10 tranny
If you want to stay auto (like I did)....you neeeeed to go with NRH tranny in Maryland. They make a great tranny with a lifetime warr. He makes the tranny posi traction, does custom work on the gears, & makes it so that it shifts hard in every gear under boost.
