Your call really. SAFC has the knock sensor and decel features whereas the VAFC has the VTEC crossover point (will activate the mevi) and different VTEC on/off maps. I am using the VAFC2 and its working just fine (haven't been able to get any dyno time yet though to see how the correction factors are affecting performance).
