I've got the AEM fpr -it's a pretty nice unit - small, compact - easy to use. Downside is price - you'll end up dishing out 2 bills if you want this unit. Another nice feature is that there's a second port that you can put a fitting in for fuel output to say - a wet kit

uh... double post...

in my last post:

i have an aeromotive a1000-6 and its been pretty good. bought it for something like 130 and hasn't given me any trouble. has a very nice finish to it as well.

A1000-6

i like the looks of this one but is a bit over kill. -10 an inlets, -6 an return, alcohol compatible, handles enough fuel for 1000 hp.

Nismo one, its fairly cheap. You will need a gauge to monitor the pressure thou. I have one on my G20.

I just picked up the Aeromotive A1000-6 a couple of days ago. I read somewhere that you can use the DSM fpr adapter. Is that correct?

I found this very informative site for the Mitsu 3000GT/Dodge Stealth: http://www.stealth316.com/2-fpr_upgrade.htm

Yeah, I have a Weapon R fpr as well, and the rail fitting leaked. I threw it away and drilled out the oem fpr to use it as the rail fitting.

And from what I can tell from my datalogging runs, it gives less than a 1:1 rise in fuel pressure when boosting. More like .8:1. Not enough to matter too much, but still ...

I agree. Although I have a SARD, the SR20DET Nismo one is the most factory looking one. If it fits the VQ fuel rail to replace the oem non-adjustable unit, it saves space and looks factory. (if that's your thing) Saving space is my biggest thing.

Do they make aftermarket FPR's for 01's...or do you just by the SFMU or Cartech/Begi FMU?

Is that a return port, ie no pressure?

If so, wouldn't that vary in pressure/volume too much to use for N20?

Which Nismo adjustable FPR is compatible with the fourth gen max's? None are specific to the max. I find them for the SR20DET, S13, S14 etc etc.

Is it plug and play?

Cant you just use the SFMU and take care of the AFPR and FMU all at once?
