Okay just about ready for the installation of this 2.87 Supercharger V2 Look inside
Does anyone run this setup currently?
Do you see any problems that i may run into after the installation?
does anyone think that this is going to be horribly bad for my motor and id be blowing it within a few thousand miles?
do i definatly need pistons? or can i get away with stock internals for 10 or 20 k miles?
basically i have the following installed already
Exhaust:
Middle Eastern Variable Intake Manifold
Cattman Headers
Cattman Y-pipe 2.5
Random Technology Cat 2.5
Cattman B-Pipe 2.5
Stillen Muffler
Stillen Pop-Charger Intake (Marked for Sale)
Suspension:
19” Konig “Trouble” Rims
Toyo Proxies 4 Tires
Tokico Illumina adjustable Shocks
Stillen Front Strut-bar
Stillen Rear Strut-bar
Stillen Rear Sway-bar
Eibach Springs (1.5” Drop)
Brakes:
Stillen Slotted Rotors Rear
Stillen Slotted Rotors Front
Matrix Kevlar Pads Front
Matrix Kevlar Pads Rear
Stillen Brake lines
Motul Brake fluid
Transmission:
Redline MT-90 Transmission Fluid
ACT Stage 1 Street Clutch
Fidenzia Flywheel
Unorthodox Drive Crank Pulley and Belt
And i have the following Sitting in front of me uninstalled.
Stillen V2 Supercharger Kit
Place Racing Motor Mounts
NGK type BKR6E-11 Copper Spark Plugs
HKS Blow-off valve
3 POD 2 1/16 Pillar
Defi Boost Gauge
Defi EGT Gauge
Defi Fuel Pressure Gauge
ASP tension & Idle Pulleys
2.87 S/C Pulley
2.87 S/C Belt
Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
Z32 Maf
Apexi SAFC
550cc Injectors(if able to be programed with the Jwt ECU)
JWT ECU programed for V2 supercharger,Z32 maf, mevi(raised rev), and injectors
Does anyone see any problems? anything i can add on? basically if anyone sees anything please help me out .

Looks like you're doing it right. Should be a monster when you're done.
My only suggestion is to not use the SAFC, it affects the ignition timing. You'll be up around 13-14 psi with the V2 at 7200 rpm, and the conservative timing that JWT programs will be a good thing. You don't want to inadvertantly advance the timing with the SAFC and risk detonation. If you want to adjust afr, use an adjustable fpr or a Cartech fmu.

Hmmmm, okay thank you for the advice, you really dont think i will need the SAFC II? i figured that would be an important part too the fuel managment system. I decided not to go with the fpr cause somone told me that the ECU should take care of all of that. Ive done alot of research on the forums and have gotten alot of opinions but sometimes it seems the people who have already gone thru the problems dont wanna give any forewarning too noobs like me. I guess that i have to find it all out myself and spend an extra 1000 dollars for no reason.
basically im not sure what too do as far as a SAFC and a FPR, or if either one of those will be needed. im just very confused i just wish someone with extensive knowlege would help me.

I think you should get the SAFC for fine-tuning the 550s. JWT is going to be super conservative on AFR, so you can eek out a bit more by leaning it out a bit. Is it worth $250+ for the gains, I don't know.
You don't need the Cartech with 550s, but the JWT ECU might require an adjustable FPR since it's programmed for stock base fuel pressure and the Walbro will bump it up.

:)
i baught the 96 MT SE ECU to send them, and hopefully everything will work out right. thats the one they said i needed too send them, i think im just gonna drop the 2200 and have them send me the z32 maf and 555cc nismo injectors.
