89 Boosted Maxima G-Tech Time.

Well I dusted off my old faithfull G-Tech and put a new suction cup on it for a drive down a back road. I haven't used this for a couple years but It still works fine! It's prity acurate from the tests we've done on other cars.
I am running 7psi of boost 92oct gas through the exhaust on the tires I bought the car with. The G-Tech accounts for tire spin and maby some of my clutch slippage
It ran a 14.92@102.5mph
I'm not estatic about the ET but the MPH is good.

Need 3 more things before going up on my tune:
1)TA49 Turbo (be here friday) -vs_ my 109,000mile stock GN turbo on it now.
2)Live Edit to be up and running on my lap top. (at computer store now) Floppy won't hold enough info so I need it to hook up to the internet That's what he's fixing.
3)370cc Injectors.. On the way. Traiding some paint work for them
Need live edit to change the injector value to 370cc. (and other stuff too)
So, Lots of room for improvement but not bad for a car that I paid 1000.00 for a year ago for a winter beater and has 196,249miles.
Oh ya.. my last 4tanks of gas I still get 20-22mph in town

The Gtech MPH is typically 5mph high compared to the actual track from what I've seen.

It's a older G-Tech.. don't need to enter a weight. Just level it. Push the button and it tells you when to go. We've seen about a 2mph variant on real time vs G-tech time.
Hope that helps,
Scott~

It's 5mph, but you can tell yourself 2mph.

DanNY - you only need to enter the weight for the HP/TQ calculations.
