NO Boost #'s In 1st ??

NO Boost #'s In 1st ??
Rebuilt V1 Kit, 3.125 Pulley, Cold Air intake, Greddy Type S BOV, Autometer Boost gauge tapped right at the vaccum source by the throttle body
No matter how hard I hit it in ist I cant seem to get any kind of boost numbers...It goes to 0 and stops ?? ..everything is tight and the belt is at about 90 degree deflection
What gives ??

Not that I am special but I have seen as much as 7psi in first. You basically have to watch the boost gauge and not the rpms. As long as your getting it in the others .... When I drive with blower disconected and reconect sometimes it takes a few miles 2 run normal.... I hate the question of is it gonna run right when I put it back on.
