Hmm sounds like you had the same fun I had while attempting to remove ours...I do suggest Craftsman tools - we had to WELD our allen wrench to the bolt and to remove it because the previous owner (AIM: FireitupBR) was nice enough to strip them all for us. I have a picture somewhere I'll try to post up here.
Try some PB NutBuster or a similar product and let it soak for a while and then with a new wrench you should be able to crack it. ALSO when re-installing use never-seize.

Tony... weld and remove the old bolt(s) and get replacement ones from Stillen... they are pretty cheap. I bought 4 extra ones for myself just in case. You only need to get the "small" ones that have a difficult time coming out (especially the first time).
I just had my belt replace last week and they (the bolts) came out easily (after using antisieze on the tread from the previous install). I haven't had any problems except for busting the treadlock stuff off the first time.
FYI... 3 broken SNAP ON allen keys for that FIRST TIME so don't use loctite (my opinion).

Thanks for the advice Chung. I don't know why Stillen recommends Locitite blue on these. Thank God it's not Locitite red.

good luck drilling out the broken bit, its made of very very hard tool grade steel so you need a special drill bit to do it which will cost more than a whole set of normal drill bits
best bet it to try one of the other options

I would use blue lock tite on the bolt that holds the pulley on. I took mine to a machine shop and had the 2 bolts drilled out. I twisted to craftsman allen keys. I ordered new bolts from a store called fast "n" all. I got all of the bolts for $28. I don't think any lock tite is needed on the mounting bracket bolts.

Yeah those bolts need to be ordered THROUGH stillen - they are almost impossible to find elsewhere (Hex Nut Cap Screws) and they are weird lengths as well. I purchased some extras through Stillen but they were $50 each (call them to verify). I would let them go for less as I have no use for them and Stillen is giving me a hard time returning them.

Danny...you are the second person that suggested using some heat. I'll give heat a try too.
