Boosting the VQ

Does anyone know what the VQ 30 can handle boost wise with stock internals. Also does anyone know what the specs should be on a compression check?

first you cant judge their driving talent by there age but you can by the way they talk and this kid is a douche bag. soner has put a lot more info on here than you even know of and i would value his opinion well around here. even if he is harsh you should just chill it is only the fricken inernet and you can come and go as you want.

uh, ever since I boosted my motor over 4 psi it has been so sh!ty. Stupid vq motors are worthelss.....
