LOL, I didn't realize that this thread was still going. Man the car felt good. I was watching the boost guage climb as I drove and had a smile like a chesire cat. then that damn pipe blew!! had me cracking up! we tightened up 2 T bilts so tight that we broke the T bolts what the problem is, is that my pipe has no bead on part of the pipe so, it just slide soff under pressure. Addae, Kellen at SRT is going to fix the pipe for me tomorrow!!

I'll call you tommorow...you should still try and find those extra T-bolts if you can...that hose clamp I put on the crossover pipe near the radiator won't hold much

Yes, all the pipes should be bead rolled on the ends.

Unless you use a crossbar across the joints, T-clamps still don't work well without bead rolled ends.

hairspray on the piping beforeslipping on the silicone couplers actually works pretty well. I boost 18-19 psi on piping without beads rolls and haven't had a problem when using t-bolt clamps.

That being said, bead rolls are still the way to go.

does that mean worm type clamps hold better?

I was always under the impression that the worm types were prone to boost leak.

what about these suckers, they are in between the two. (i know that they're apc POS)
