I can answer the first question for you...V1 T-Trim I'll be getting mine back next week finally. My only worry is being able to run a smaller pulley than a 3.12 bc of belt slippage with the stronger blower.

How much more effecient is the t-trim from the sq trim? Also how much did they charge?

the belt on with 2.87 pulley is slipping @~ 6k

im gonna try a kevlar belt as soon as i get it. currently on order.
i tenisoned it down some more as soon as the rain lets up ill give it a whirl. at sat there with a ruler and a stright edge and tensioned it to exactly 1/4 defection. and i noticed that the belt i have on the blower right now im at pretty much at the limit that it can be tensioned to.

the kevlar belt is said to be alot stronger with i believe 3 times the grip. IIRC

when i take off the air filter there is a good amont of oil build up at the intake side of the compressor. i think i may need a rebuild soon.

question does the t-trim head units use the same compressor housing ??? anyone??

yes they use the same housing and upgrade all the internals...bearings, impellar etc etc.

Its also odd you are at the limit of the belt tension with the 2.87 pulley. I would definately try a gatorback belt or something to that nature bc I know plenty are running the 2.87 without problems.

cool, let me know how that belt works out. If it does work without slippage and holds strong I might give it a shot on the t-trim. Im going to need all the grip I can on the little 6 rib pulley to turn this blower.
