Pic of the intercooler - Endcaps are welded on by hand at SFR:
Pic of the intercooler installed - had to trim a little off of the bottom plastic grill, as you can see... Looks SICK!

Pic of the crosspipe, I believe. This is the piping that will join the 2 headers, then merge into the turbo:

Also, it will depend on the options you want... Like Jet-Hot thermal coating on the pipes, full ball-bearing turbo or not, piggyback ECU needed or if you have your own, etc...
For pricing, you'll need to contact them directly...

BTW, I bet you could push 8 psi.. what engine management are you using?
Are you going to shield the turbo with anything? I would not water or road debris hitting it.
I am not hating, just asking questions. It's all love baby

yeah that seems to be where it may be going.
I actually got my answers in the 5th gen thread.
I put this in here for our records more than anything.

Yeah, the modifications to fit the VQ30 from the VQ35 kit will be minimal. Plus, we already have a return style fuel system, which SFR typically adds to the kit.
A "tuner kit", ie just piping, oil/water lines, scavenge pump, option of turbo flanges, on STOCK manifolds, would be BADAZZ and reasonably priced. I *HOPE* they offer this.
