Just bought 2.87 pulley now need advice!
now I had the 440cc Rc injectors but i had to take them back in order to pay for books(costed more than i thought they were going to cost ). Now i am torn between Power Enterprise 510cc and the RC 440's. If i plan on taking out the FMU and t-rex and using a SARD FPR to lower base fuel pressure. Which one can i run with tunning with the SAFC ?

Chris...Chris...Chris...
1)Fix your boost
2)Dyno
3)Tune
4a)If you want 440cc/510cc, so you can dump the FMU, GET THE EMANAGE. Nobody has done what you're planning, so you could run into issues.
4b)If you want to stick with the SAFC, you can buy BRAND NEW PE380cc for $400, but you'll need to keep your FMU and FPR.

My setup now is as follows:
V2 w/2.87 pulley and CAI
2.5 wsp exhaust
Hotshot Headers
ATP 3" exhaust cuttout
UR lightned pulley
SAFC 2
SARD FPR
So would 440cc injectors have enough room to run all this with out the FMU and TREX or would i have to go 510cc?

I understand the attempt to get EVERYTHING done and then go to the dyno to save money, however with all that stuff, you'll probably end up with an "issue" on the dyno that kills any valid tuning anyways, ie broken VIAS(you checked lately?), too large a FMU disc, Trex not working, SAFC not able to compensate enough, yada yada.
IMHO, it is better to make small incremental BABY steps or at least group mods together. That way if something goes wrong, it is easier to trouble shoot and you don't waste whole dyno days/trips.
Anyways, the 440cc injectors assuming stock fuel pressure, 20% driveline loss, conservative SCers BSFC of 0.55, and at a safe recommended(but rarely seen) 80% injector duty cycle, they'll support ~293whp. At a NOT recommended 100% duty cycle, they'll support ~366whp.

I have a few questions about this whole fuel management thing. 1) Would 380cc or 440cc injectors be necessary w/ 3.25 pulley, SAFC II, at stock puel pressure? 2) Can duty cycle be adjusted or is it automatic depending on injector size?

Mind me asking where/how much?
No FMU that's for sure, Walbro would be GOOD insurance and for $90 it's cheap insurance.
I doubt you'll need an adjustable FPR, however with the Walbro increasing idle fuel pressure, the eManage might not be able to pull enough fuel during cold starts. You could always wire a push button starter like Mardi/S2000s have.

Used PE380cc are common, since 350Z guys are upgrading.
New PE380cc show up every now and then, but they want $400+.
I've only seen one set of PE510cc for sale and they were used, so I snapped them up.
I've never seen a new set of 510s for sale except from vendors at $800 or so.
You got a STEAL as blu said.

. Maybe she was just hoping people would bidd on them up close to cost

No, however minus the injector and ignition harness, it's the same as the SAFC as far as wiring.
What are you having a problem with? Wiring? Settings? Support tool?

I have the e-manage, the injector and ignition harnesses, and support tool and I have perused the instructions. I still need to buy the special link cable, but that should come shortly. Apparently I first need to set some dials to tell it how many cylinders I have, airflow sensor type, etc.
Then I need to figure out the wiring or pinout on the ecu to splice in the harnesses. Then hook up the support tool, and tune tune tune. I got the emange to go with some rc440 injectors, not yet installed.
So I guess the info I need is the dial settings and ECU wiring for a 2000 SE; plus any advice about wiring and tuning. I think I read that some diodes or resistors need to be wired into the ignition harness to prevent blowing coils? What diodes and where?
Thanks in advance for any advice you can contribute.
