formula for fuel pressure

this is the formula for figuring fuel pressure.
for example, i have 401 cc injectors, my ecu is programmed for 370cc. i need them to flow 370cc.
new pressure / old pressure = answer,
square root the answer x original flow rate of injector (401) = flow rate (desired)
example: 37(new pressure) / 43(old pressure) = 0.860, square root x 401cc = 371cc
going lower than 37 psi will lower the flow, going higher than 37 psi raises the flow.http://image40.webshots.com/41/4/9/3...3HQSFuQ_ph.jpg

understandable, but that is fuel pressure at wot, so you will have to reset it based on base fuel pressure-34 psi.

yup. also having larger injectors will prolong the life of your fuel pump.
if you have to lower your base fuel pressure more than 20psi, they are to big. lowering more than 20psi will afffect the spray pattern, and causing fuel not to atomize.
