Engine code update

Alrighty........
So after I reinstalled the stock injectors last nite, I fired it up and it misfired badly. I let it sit on for a little while to let the idle come down and it started idling funny. When I touched the throttle, it almost died. Idle fuel pressure was set at 33-34psi. Idle was at 740-760.

0302-EGR System Hi/Low Flow
I can understand this because the engine had been sitting for four days.

0701-Multiple Cylinder Misfire
This could be due to the fact that the 370's were dumping fuel in many cylinders while there was an air leak in one causing a funny idle. When the gas was ignited, BAM! That probably was the loud pop that I heard.

1302-MAP/Baro SW Solenoid Valve
Had problems with this before, but since its EGR related, It might have triggered it. It also has something to do with gas fume recirculation (I've studied the diagrams when I had problems with it before) so might be thrown in conjunction with the above two.

0115 Fuel Management Right Cylinder Bank: Lean
Could this be from the air leak with the 370's or with the stockers? Since it is the last code that came up, I think it might be from the stockers and thats why the idle is funny.

I have not driven the car yet, but fired it up again after the reset and the codes have not reappeared. I throttled it to around 3k rpms for about 30 seconds at a time and it seems to be running alright, but I am thinking that I may be hearing some knock. Warm idle is still between 740-760 rpms, ~680 is usual, so it is a little higher, but that could be because its just been sitting in the garage.

Idle fuel pressure seems to work best at 36-37psi with the vacuum hose on the fpr.

What does everyone think?

Air in the lines, very possible. I bet your LT fuel trim is jacked..lol.

I'd drive it around the neighborhood, a few miles, staying under 3000 rpm and see if it clears up.

After I did my motor swap and finally solved my MAF issues, my car ran like crap. LOTS of smoke, it was running very rich. I drove it and it had a bad idle, the more I drove it the better it got. So maybe you need to drive it in closed loop and get some feed back from the 02 sensors to the ecu

like the fuel rail?

the 1302 code came back while driving. I could care less about that one. I drove around 2k rpms for about 10 minutes. The idle only got a little low at the end while at a stop sign and when I pulled into the garage. No strange smells, no smoke, no spills. **** it, I'm driving it to work tomorrow.

Thanks for your help Kirk.

More Codes:

Still the 1302-MAP/Baro, but that doesn't do anything

0308 Closed Loop Control-this makes me think that a fuse has been blown. I'm going to check

there was one that didn't exist->0411?????
