The ACT XT will hold 576fltbs so I'd bet the Clutchnet double will hold ~600ftlbs. But boy-o-boy will it be heavy
Go for it, just stay out of rush hour traffic.

Hah that video was sweet. I especially liked the first part where the announcer was talking about your car! The only thing I ever heard an announcer say about my car was "I think this guy brought his grandma's Maxima to the track" lol.

Waiting on a clutch. Corey at www.RedlineMax.com is working on a sponsorship for me. They can make a one off Max Extreme PP with 3200lbs of pressure that is good to 667ftlbs at the crank, that should do the trick. Im doing the braided clutch line and a new clutch slave cylinder to help with the extra high pressure.

My next target track event is Import VS Domestic at MIR on November 6th.

If you dont mind me asking, how much would that cost someone who wanted to try to follow in your footsteps?

Hard luck...

The compressor blades on my 60-1 are trashed, they have one big chip and a few little ones, that might explain a few things!

Soooo I found a used T66

The ACT Max Xtreme Clutch kit is on its way too! Thanks RedlineMax.com

Nice, that might explain the lower than expected trap speeds/et's.

Wow.....................

I've just spent a good 30 minutes reading all 17 pages of this forum post and loved every minute of it. How could I not know that this sick a$$ maxima existed?

All i can say is..... wow.....

I cannot wait to see what kind of times you will run with a new clutch, slicks, and a the new T66.

One question..... Through all the pages of reading; I didn't notice any mention of an LSD. I'm assuming you have an LSD tranny or some kind of LSD to help with traction right? If you don't have an LSD, why not?

An LSD on a low hp BPU NA maxima with slicks is not important because one slick is all you need anyway. With really high HP the LSD is a must so both slicks can hold the power evenly.

So I'm assuming you have the Quaife LSD since you're gonna be making around 500+ fwhp with your max.
