90 Degree elbow "Vortech Owners"

I can't figure out how to keep the back part of the elbow from making contact to the rear of the headlight bulb. Any ideas on what to do to get the thing off of the headlight? Its making the light twitch and its pretty annoying at night. Im just confused a lost at what to do. If Im not making sense I will try and snap a pic tonight to show what im talking about.

Are you talking about the stock 90^ elbow that comes with the kit (has a flat spot, not "madral bent") or did you replace it with a "mandral bent" true 90^? The stock flat one should clear? Are you sure the elbow is all the way on the Vortech? The method The Wizard and I use is place the elbow on first, crank down the hose clamp, then stick in the crossover tube. If you try to do both at the same time or even the crossover tube first, it is very difficult to get the 90^ all the way on the snail outlet. Good luck.

It is Tight but you can Gain a 1/4 maybe 1/2 inch by pushing on the 90 degree bend ONTO the Vortech really well, clamping that down, then proceed to put on your cross-over.

The trick it to make sure the 90 degree bend be On the blower all the way

reclock the blower a little bit, but you have to remove it to do that.
