i have to share the news!!
My S/C came today, looks awsome. I cant stop looking at it. Hopefully i get it installed in the next 2-3 weeks.
I looked at the directions a few times and im still ify on the fuel pump stuff and the vacum stuff. Hopefully it goes ok.
I also installed my exedy stage 1 today, love it, so much smoother than my old act, i just hope it holds the boost.....
Here are 2 pics i just gotta share.....

Congratulations, that's a fine looking bit o' machinery. Kinda spendy, but you'll forget the cost once you start enjoying the power. If you haven't driven a boosted or NOS Max before, you won't believe the change. It will be a whole new car for you! Quite a difference, having to be careful to NOT spin the tires all the way through first gear and into second!
If you have any questions or hiccups, give a holler, the org will try to help. Of course, get ptatohed's write-up. If you have that, plus stillen's instructions and a downloaded FSM, you'll be in fine shape. Don't rush - scratch head twice, install parts once.
My bit of advice: Pay close attention to pulley alignment and belt tension. Belt shredding or hopping over a rib is common but avoidable. Belt too tight is bad for SC bearings and lifespan. Loose causes jumpin' and shreddin'. Check tension at least monthly, and adjust as required. Belt will stretch and loosen over time.

Nice. Enjoy!
Maxspeed, as I had a chance to use my own instructions 2+ years after writing them on The Wizard's car and then on my '96-->'99 transfer, I did find a few mistakes and things I would like to revise/update/clarify. I started a running list of things I will be updating in my write-up. I will try to do that soon. But until then, the main thing is at the time I didn't realize that Stillen called out the wrong sealant for the drain back plate. Please do NOT use their recommended sealer (Form a Gasket 2, I believe?). DO use Permatex Ultra Grey. http://www.permatex.com/images/Splas...ting_chart.gif
Unless of course you like oil leaks. That's the main thing. Anything else you'll figure out on your own. Oh, and apparently Stillen updated their instructions right after I bought my charger so you may see that I reference say page 6 of the Stillen write-up but it is now 7. Feel free to e-mail me (or any of the guys here for that matter). I can even give you my phone number for phone support. Good luck.

There are a few sites where you can download the .pdf version of the Factory Service Manuals. These normally sell for over $100. I forget the site but I pretty much have all 3rd, 4th and 5th gen FSMs. I'd be more than happy to 'attempt' to e-mail any one you want (range from 30MB to 100MB!) or I can mail you a CD.
