Need Help With Fmu Disk

I just got my turbo max back and its having some issues....
its starts to sputter at peak boost. i think its due to the fact that i am running to RICH... and the fmu is a 10:1. So my question is will a 8:1 be good... and where can i find one. Any info will be greatly appreciated

What you might want to do is go backwards and calulate how much fuel pressure would be required for a desired HP. There are tons of online calculators. Then decide what disc would get you that fuel line pressure at your given psi.

I would hate to assume your running rich and drop down a disk size, get less fuel then find out your actually running lean.

If you don't have a wide band then I would get to a dyno with a few different size disks and see which one is best.

It really helps to have an SAFC in conjuction with an FMU. When I was tuning with an FMU an 8:1 disk had me hitting 13:1 AFR close to redline but a 10:1 had me below a 10:1 AFR. Having the SAFC allowed me to tune in between the two.

In my case, at 5psi, a 10:1 disk, and subtracting fuel fuel via an SAFC worked. T
