Best place to tap lower oil pan?
Getting ready to install my return line. For those of you who have the return line going to the lower oil pan is there a certain spot that is best to drain it thanx.

yeah like spanishrice said you want to be in the highest point so it can drain back into the pan, and where it will suit you best for you kit. DOnt go to low in the pan becasue it will just puddle up. YOu can fully insert the dip stick and check the full level to see where the high point is in the pan

that would be a great place to tap if you don't want to run your a/c anymore.. then you can just drop the steel pan and let the shavings fall out the bottom. that way you don't need to remove the upper pan.
