The reason its so loud is because its straight-piped...get a cat and resonator and you'll see a world of a difference. Yes, turbo cars are more quiet...but not straight-piped.

I'm having the same problem with my Cattman headers, test pipe and Apexi WS catback. I'm having a 2.5" b-pipe with a 6"x20" resonator made in a week or two. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Turbo, no cat, 2.5" greddy SP and my car is quite, very quite.....until the wastegate opens. The turbo will make a big difference.

I'm Turbo'd, No Cat, 3 inch custom exhaust, 3x20 inch Luvered Resonator, and 3 inch HKS Muffler. Car is pretty quite while driving, but under low rpm deceleration I do get the occasional burble.

But I would like to get ride of my luvered resonator and get the standard type. Perhaps it will sound a bit different.

stock exhaust plus cutout = best of both worlds more power when you need it and quite when you need it
