Dyno #'s (with video)

Well yesterday I finally was able to take my car to a dyno (Mustang Dynamometer), I dont have my slipes scanned on the computer yet but i do have vids if you guys know where to post them. Without the Mevi opened up I was able to achieve 321hp and 274tq. With my friend opeining the mevi while it was on the Dyno I was able to get 360.5 hp, and 290.5 tq. And on the dyno I got a qtr mile time of 12.9 with crazy wheel spin, with the mevi closed with a trap of 115.6 and with it left stuck open since I have no tach signal yet we were able to get 13.127 at 119mph.

Mods:

v2 blower on v1 bracket and CAI
3inch pulley with slight belt slip, only registered 10.4 psi
jwt ecu 7k cut
370 cc injectors 49 base FP
WSP 3in exhaust
2k1 motor with mevi not 00VI
max afr of 12.3 with a low of 11.9
etc......

Those are pretty great numbers for what you've got done. Now get it to a real track and duplicate em.

those numbers seem awsome for sc@10psi especially since mustang dynos read 10-15% lower than dynojets

the 1/4 times seem like somthing youd get with a gtech with higher than normal traps i dont think even the litest max could trap 119 with 360whp

if those are mustang dyno numbers they have to calibrated to read what the approx dynojet numbers would be. If not that would be well over 400whp on a true dynojet. Nice numbers!

Those are numbers are Sae corrected and the guy at the shop www.visionsofspeed.net said they would show up a good 15 - 20 hp more atleast on a dynojet. The reason why im not using the dek manifold is because i wanted to keep the 370cc for now since i sent an LIM to stepen to get drilled that got lost in the mail which sux, and running on those stock injectors was not what I wanted to do. For now Im really happy with those numbers, since the last motor i put in from day one it didnt feel healthy and was suffering from major blowby which lead to the detonation of piston #1 a month later. I have a nice pic of the damaged piston if anyone would like to see, half the rings are gone on it, lol. I have tons of vids from the dyno too if anyone knows where to host them

www.we-todd-did-racing.com you can host 9mb for free

www.streetfire.net you can host an unlimited amount for free, but they become viewable to the public.

well for now your numbers are unheard of for your mods and 10psi, I couldn't imagine them being 20whp higher. That would make you the top dynoing SC'ed Maxima at only 10psi and others dynoing the same or a little less boosting 13psi+ with the same supporting mods.

this maybe pure speculation but some of that could also be from the fact it is a 2k motor with the revised cams and other little improvements.

well there are plenty of 00-01 Supercharged cars and non have broken the 330whp mark to my knowledge at any psi. I believe its more of a fact that all dynos read different. He is making some nice power though, thats for sure.

Yea, my numbers may seem high but it def feels like the right amount of hp. Plus the temp outside was like 50-60 out. Im posting up the vids on streetfire now so I'll be putting up the link shortly.

Im in no way calling them false but I believe you dynoed where bluefish (my350z.com) dynos which reads really high. IIRC a 6th gen guy dynoed there and made like 250+ NA. Later on he went to a dynojet and only made high 220's. Power is power however and you making a lot of it.

Numbers do seem pretty high. Get the track and see if your car can back it up.

Hopefully i should be able to make it to the track soon, i want to do a couple more things like aquamist injection from snow performance and get this stupid mevi thing wired up since my car has no tach. If anyone has a spare guage cluster i will buy it. But the 2k1 motor def feels alot more heartier than the last 2 98 motors ive had. you can even hear the difference, this motor makes a completely different tone than the 4th gen motor for sure and it def has something to do with the cams. I raced an 03 ws6 with full exhaust, chip and clutch and his car was no match for mine with out the mevi at 11.5 psi with belt finally tightened up, i have vids of that too.

Nice numbers. At 10PSI the most I made was 321HP and 260 tq. this was with a 3.25 pulley.

Go to the track you should be in the 12's with that much power.
