Fuel Pressure regulator for S/C?

I have a V1 Stillen Supercharger on my 98 Maxima. I would like to know if anyone can tell me How can I tell if my fuel pressure regulator is bad ?

this is the Round Blue disc shape fuel regulator that comes with the
S/C stillen Kit

The "Blue Round Thing" that came with the kit is the Vortech FMU that rises the rate of fuel pressure according to what disc you have installed in it. If that part is bad it wont rise fuel pressure and youll lean out and eventually blow your motor.

You most likely still have your stock fuel pressure regulator and thats located on the end of the fuel rail sort of under the Throttle body.

can that cause the car to hard start
or not get enough fuel to turn over initially

just do a fuel pressure check. first check the one in the tank first, you can do that by jumping in between the fuel filter and aux fpr. then check the pressure coming out of the aux fuel pressure reg going to the fuel rail.

If you have a boosted engine, you should know what your fuel pressure is at all times. You're playing with fire if you don't have a fuel pressure gauge.

thanks guys i'll check my fuel lines and install a fuel psi gauge
