ive weighed all my options between boosting and the 3.5 swap and my final descition is to supercharge. HOWEVER ive got a 99 and that means no upgradeable ecu so for you boosted 99's what r u using to to tune the car so it runs right after boost.

also i wanna put in the 00vi with the boost install but i need a higher rev limit any ideas ? what have you guys done ?

Since you want a higher rev limit and also want to tune, why not go with something like the Emanage?

might want to fix your sig before a mod gets you.

As for the
ECU upgrades with the you could go emanage blue, emanage ultimate, or AEM make a unit also.

I'm not to familar with the emanage, but does it raise the Rev limiter on the 99's?

Yes. And it can control larger injectors, pull timing, and has a self tune option as well. The thing is great for all around tuning and controlling large injectors.

The other option to go w/ i'm researching myself is a megasquirt stand alone. Its a build yourself standalone and than create your own wiring harness (not fun but worth it and not too expensive)

It is doing fine. There are still a couple of areas I'd like to see Greddy make some improvements in, but all things considered it has been a resounding sucess.
