FMU location on V1 setup???

I've looked around the engine bay and I don't see it. Isn't it a blue disc? I need to remove it in order to put an AFPR in, correct? TIA

The Vortech fmu looks like this:

If you don't see this then its been replaced by something else. Just follow the hose from the fuel filter or from the fuel rail to see what they're connected to.

Usually guys mount it on the right side of the motor since thats where the fuel comes in. It wont be on the left for sure.

The FMU has to stay in the car even after the FPR is installed. The rise rate for the AFPR is only 1:1. You still need something to Bump fuel pressure as boost rises.
